Euros per night/ for 1 to 7 guests (+ baby crib) -
price includes final cleaning.
An extra in-between
cleaning can be requested for 100 Euros.
Minimum
stay: 6 days ( Is the rental period shorter than 6 Nights, Final
Cleaning must be paid separately by the Tenant.
There is a 100 Euros charge for Final Cleaning.)
A 400 Euros
security deposit is demanded at time of reservation or at arrival and
will be returned within two weeks after rental (if no damages have occured.)
